What makes DOCO better than other co-working spaces?

First, we operate on a no-contract, no-fineprint basis, allowing members to opt in and out with a great deal of flexibility. Secondly, we are a media production company with an existing network of regular clients, meaning that members have access to a board of active jobs from which they can generate instant income. We call that board 'DOCO Jobs' Thirdly, unlike other co-working spaces which usually only offer the actual space, desks & chairs, we have invested in high quality sound & video equipment in order to empower local artists, designers, producers and creators of all types and help them flourish.

Where exactly are you located?

DOCO's main co-working space is located just north of the Manchester Industrial area. It includes 2 audio recording studios, 2 video production stations, 6 height-adjustable workstations, a board-room, a lounge & in-house print & fax services. Our second location is downtown, where there's a second board room along with plenty of private offices in the elegant, inspirational Beltline location.

How can I get there? Any public transports? Any place for my car?

Yes, you may use the train – the nearest station currently is 39st Station. You may also use public transport buses number 37 & 71 to get to the corner of 42nd Ave & Brandon St. We're located in a plaza of 5 buildings and there's plenty of parking for members & visitors.

Can I upgrade/downgrade membership levels at anytime?

Absolutely. Access changes take effect immediately, even if it requires a few hours to update your key fob and/or assign a private office. Our goal is to assist entrepreneurs and artists reach their goals without the stress of contracts, lease agreements & strict policies. Giving you a hard time about an upgrade or downgrade is not in our business plan 🙂
